Mayeda - Nichols : Families - Huntington Beach

The Mayeda-Nicols have a tradition of taking their family portraits at their home in Huntington Beach. 
So, of course, we had to honor this family tradition. 
We spent a beautiful sunny Sunday morning at the house. 
First, watching this beauty play songs on the guitar. Then, engaging in the play of Lego's. 
And finally, outside in the back and front yards. 

It was a really unique experience to photograph people in their own environment, their own home, the very place they live and breath in throughout their days.
