If this introduction were in person, it would begin with a fully embracing hug. Followed by a deep breath and a very sincere and welcoming, “Hello, you’re here! You’re right where you need to be. You are seen. You are heard. You matter. And you belong, deeply. ”

I ask big questions that lead to truthful reflections and guide you through meditations that enable you to connect to your heart, ultimately reconnecting you to your values, deepest truths, innate gifts + dreams. Then, through nurturing intuitive guidance and tangible tools, tips + resources, you become rooted in empowerment, taking small intentional daily action that compounds to major change, transformation and the realization of your dreams!

Hello, I'm Ashley!I’ve spent the past nearly 15 years living in expansive inquisitiveness. Eagerly asking myself lives deepest questions, intentionally creating the space to live the very honest, vulnerable, raw, life-enhancing answers. Ultimately bringing me to a deep place of passion and purpose, intentionality and authenticity, vulnerability and courage. Finding my place in this world, where I finally feel I truly belong.
I am a multi-passionate woman - An entrepreneur holding space as an Intentional Living Coach, Author, Photographer + Host of Living an Intentional Life Podcast, a fire-wife to a South African immigrant who I met in Tanzania, a mom to a five year-old radiant soul + 2 big puppies + 2 cats, a mountain-dweller in Lake Arrowhead, California, an adventure seeker, a connector, traveler of this world - living in 4 countries, visiting another 10, and an additional 15 States, a pursuer of dreams and mostly, an insanely curious soul letting the parameters of this very curiosity, know no limits. After all, WE ARE LIMITLESS! |
Why I do, what I do :
I exist, because you exist. I belong, because you belong. When you rise, I rise. When you shine, I shine. We are all in this together.
For years, I lived in the should’s and supposed to’s of life. I would spend my days wondering…. if, when, how? I used to think - oh, that could never be me, not in this lifetime. I’m not ______ enough. Until, that was no longer my reality. I fully started living from a place of deep connection, courage, confidence, authenticity and immense intention. Building a solid foundation of my values and ultimately a life of dreams, deeply lived, fulfilled - again and again!
I truly believe that all of us belong so deeply and we deserve so fully. The more you shine your light, you give others permission to do the same. The more you share YOU with this world, the more it gives another woman the courage to do the same. Ultimately connecting and uplifting the vibration of us all.
