I believe the life you're searching for begins by remembering who you are.

Not by striving. Not by becoming someone else.
But by slowing down long enough to hear the wisdom that's already within you.

Here, curiosity becomes your compass. Intention becomes your practice.
And each small, courageous choice becomes an invitation to create a life that feels deeply aligned, authentic, and like home.

This is a space to return to yourself.
To remember.
To grow.
And to live intentionally.
If we were meeting in person, I'd welcome you with a hug, a deep breath, and a simple reminder:
You are here.
You are enough.
And everything you're seeking begins within.

This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember who you are.

Because when you reconnect with yourself, everything begins to shift.
You begin making choices that reflect your values instead of your fears.
You trust your heart more deeply.
You create a life that feels aligned, intentional, and like home.

The life you're longing for isn't found by becoming someone else.
It's created one intentional step at a time, by becoming more fully yourself.

What might become possible if you trusted yourself enough to begin?

Hello, I'm Ashley!

I've spent nearly twenty years following one question:
What becomes possible when we live with intention?

That question has led me across countries and careers, through seasons of uncertainty and profound growth, and into the work I feel deeply called to do today. Along the way, I discovered that the life we're searching for doesn't begin by becoming someone else. It begins by remembering who we are.

My professional journey began in service, working with a nonprofit before building a business as a photographer. Over time, that work evolved into something much bigger—a calling to create spaces where women, teams, and communities can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create lives rooted in truth, intention, and wholehearted living.

Today, I'm a coach, retreat host, workshop facilitator, author, photographer, and ceremony-grade cacao facilitator. While each offering looks different, they all share the same purpose: helping people return to themselves and live with greater intention.

When I'm not holding space for others, you'll find me embracing the beautiful fullness of life as a wife to my South African husband, whom I met while traveling in Tanzania, mama to our daughter, and caretaker to two oversized puppies, a cat, a kitten, and four chickens. I call the mountains of Lake Arrowhead home, but my heart will always be drawn to meaningful conversations, new adventures, and the endless curiosity that continues to shape my life.

Above all, I believe we're never finished becoming.

That every season invites us to return to ourselves.

And that the most meaningful life isn't found by following someone else's path, but by listening inward, trusting your heart, and taking one intentional step at a time.

Who this is for :

This space is for women who have spent so much of their lives caring for others that they've slowly lost connection with themselves.

The ones who are capable, compassionate, and deeply committed.
The ones who have built beautiful lives—and yet still find themselves wondering, Is this all there is?

It's also for the teams, organizations, and communities longing to cultivate deeper connection, intentional leadership, and a more heart-centered way of working together.

Whether you're here as an individual or as part of something larger, my work is an invitation to return to yourself.
To slow down.
To listen inward.
To remember what matters most.

Because when we reconnect with our hearts, we begin making choices that are rooted in truth rather than expectation.

And from that place, we create lives, relationships, and communities that feel deeply aligned, intentional, and like home.

There is nothing I love more than witnessing someone remember who they are—and choose to live from that place.

My approach :

I believe transformation isn't something we force.
It's something we create together.

Whether we're working one-on-one, gathering for a retreat or workshop, or partnering with your team, I hold a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Through thoughtful questions, honest reflection, and intentional practices, I'll guide you back to your heart—where your values, truth, gifts, and vision have been waiting all along.

From there, we co-create a path forward.
One rooted in curiosity.
One guided by intention.
One built through small, courageous steps that create meaningful, lasting change.

Because a life that feels aligned isn't created overnight.

It's created one intentional choice at a time.

Why this work exists :

I believe we're here to remember one another.

I exist because you exist.
I belong because you belong.
When you rise, I rise.

For years, I lived according to the shoulds and supposed tos, believing a life that felt deeply aligned wasn't meant for me.
Until I chose differently.

I began living with greater intention—returning, again and again, to what felt true, what mattered most, and the life I wanted to create.

Along the way, I discovered something beautiful:
When one person remembers who they are, it doesn't just change their life.

It changes the way they love.
The way they lead.
The way they parent.
The way they show up in every relationship, every community, and every space they touch.

That's why this work exists.

Because I believe we all belong.
I believe we all deserve lives that feel deeply aligned, meaningful, and our own.

And when one of us chooses to live from the heart, we quietly give others permission to do the same.
There are seasons where you can feel it…
That quiet knowing that something needs to shift.
Not because your life isn’t full.
But because it doesn’t fully feel like yours.

You’ve been holding a lot.
Showing up. Doing the work. Being who everyone needs you to be.
And somewhere along the way…
you’ve lost touch with yourself.

This is where we begin. A connection call is a gentle, no-pressure space for us to:
  • Explore where you are right now
  • Uncover what feels misaligned or heavy
  • Reconnect to what you truly need
  • And see what support would feel most aligned for you

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to show up honestly.

From there, we’ll feel into whether working together is the next right step.
