My goodness friends, my heart is so incredibly full. My eyes, wet from tears. I sent my usual follow email with details on next steps and some oh so juicy sneak peaks from their wedding. I pressed send, sent another couple emails and then, my phone rang. It was Ana. She was crying. I said oh no, "Ana, are you okay?" She replied, "Ashley, I look so beautiful, I feel so beautiful. I never thought I would feel so beautiful... I cannot thank you enough. I am so happy we chose you to be our wedding photographer. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." As she said these very words, tears filled my eyes and I said, "Thank you. Thank you for the honor, the privileged and the trust in documenting this magical day." My heart, is so full! You see, the greatest gift I receive from my clients, is hearing their feedback, understanding their honest response to the vulnerability of time capsules reflecting their day.
