Ashley and Matt.
Such beautiful souls.
Such divine soulmates from another life.
I was connected with them through a very dear friend.
Ashley called me, told me about herself and Matt and the next day, their contract was being signed.
Just as dating, wither for a partner, a yoga instructor or a photographer, you know when you know.
And we knew immediately.

I excitedly prepared for their day, showed up early to learn more about my surroundings.
Before I knew it, I was finally getting to meet Ashley and Matt in person.
Matt got dressed, bare feet supporting him and we adventured around taking portraits of him
just moments before interacting with his soon-to-be wife.
Then, Ashley, she so elegantly got dressed with the help of her sisters and approval of her dear angelic little being.
We too, ventured out to take portraits of her just before seeing her soon-to-be husband.
As seen below, these two are gorgeous (physically and deeply within) that their portraits came with ease.

Their ceremony took place just above the cliffs of San Clemente with very close family and friends.
They exchanged vows, their rings, sealed it with a kiss and a little breaking of glass.
Family portraits and then of course, onto romantic portraits (my oh so very favorite part of the day).

With both of them barefoot, her flowers in hand and so much love and giddiness,
we walked towards the entrance down to the beach.
This, as things usually do when taking romantic portraits, came with a number of stops.
One cool house, another fairytale looking house, another fun garage to dance in front of.
Then it was a quick right turn, to the amazingness that made up the stair path down towards the beach.
This moment, was divine, the lighting couldn't have been perfect and the colors just glistened.

After some time, we made it down the steps.
Stopping along the side, playing on the railroad tracks, climbing the life guard tower and then onto the sand.
I stayed back for a few minutes, letting them play on the sand, while taking photos, trying my best not to interrupt these pure moments. I started making my way closer, but this didn't stop them from playing with one another,
the sand in their toes, the waves crashing just at their ankles.
It was all so beautiful so very beautiful.
These below, are just a few do highlight the moments of such a beautifully intimate day.

Thank you Ashley and Matt for creating the opportunity for me to share these moments with you and create ever lasting time capsules. You two are beautiful.
