The ever changing expression of our existence - it’s within these moments that understanding, reflection, purpose and connection unfolds. For this, I find myself falling in love with human connection, relationships, the dynamics within those relationships and being in the present moment to be able to feel it all more and more with every exchange.

This very session here, that of the sweetest maternity shoot with the most loving family and adventurous three year old brought all the feels. If you’ve ever had your photos taken, you know how stressful it can be, especially if kids are involved. The preparation of finding the most supportive outfits, the logistics of the day, the pampering involved, the list truly can go on and on! It’s definitely a commitment from so many levels.

This, I understand all too well.
That is why it’s my commitment to show up as my best self (as much as possible as I am human) at every single shoot and document the subtle, in between, quick moments that then become reminders of all that we posses. The powerful, the amazing, the beautiful, the radiant, the playful, the connection us. During day to day life, it can be so easy to disregard all our greatness, but my friend, it’s in you!
