SugarWatch: BeachStreets - Long Beach, CA

Did you know that 31% of California school aged children are obese and 
 chronic heart disease, stroke, and diabetes are respectively the #1, #2, and #6 cause of death in LA County? 

This, is, sadly true. 
But, luckily, one of Long Beach's newest nonprofits, SugarWatch 
celebrated their soft launch just last week at Beach Streets in Long Beach, California 
bringing awareness to harsh realities such as these ones. 

SugarWatch's mission is to provide opportunities and education for individuals and communities to make choices
 that improve their quality of life through greater nutrition and healthier living.
