Thomas & Alyson : Engaged : Torrey Pines Start Park & Balboa Park

Oh, how do I love love. 
And capturing love. 
And sharing love. 
And exploring around the theme of love. 

For Alyson and Thomas's engagement session, we explored around two of San Diego's finest locations. 
The first, Torrey Pines State Park.
It's a steep hike up a concrete hill, yet before you know it, you're turning into luscious foliage and torrey pines. 
After a few curves and bends, in front of you, is a bright blue expansive view of the ocean surrounding the environment. 
It makes for a truly stunning backdrop. 
We explored a bit more, found ourselves tucked within some trees, using it's branches for frames. 
Played around. Hiked down the hill and onto the next location it was. 

That of, the beautifully historic space of Balboa Park. 
I have to admit, I haven't been there since I was a little girl as I've lived outside San Diego since high school. 
How incredibly dynamic this space is. 
From the historic architecture, to the array of plants, the colors of the environment and the breathtaking gardens. 
It was the perfect space to capture blissful moments between this newly engaged couple. 

Alyson and Thomas, thank you for the opportunity to create the moments for the both of you. 
It was so wonderful exploring and re-exploring these spaces.
